Attendance first; pickup steps by plan
Attendance first, pickup controls when you need them
The Essentials plan records attendance by name. The Professional plan adds guardian pickup passes; the Safeguard plan adds approved collectors and staff photo-ID confirmation.
Codes that keep changing
On the Professional and Safeguard plans, pickup codes expire and used codes are refused. A code is a credential; staff still need to check the person presenting it.
A clear ready signal
On the Professional and Safeguard plans, staff can mark a child ready and share that status with families. The centre’s staff remain responsible for its handover procedure.
Approved backup pickup people
On the Safeguard plan, parents add backup collectors. Ongoing collectors need centre approval, and staff confirm photo ID before release.
Lobby display
On the Professional and Safeguard plans, a waiting-area screen shows which children are ready to go.
Bilingual from day one
The product offers English and French interface options. Check the live workflow for the language coverage that applies to your account.
No app to download
Runs in any modern browser on the tablets and phones you already own. Add it to a home screen if you like.
Records you can review and export
Attendance and staff-hours exports are included on every plan. The Safeguard plan adds release and audit records to support handover reviews.
A clearer routine, from arrival to records
Start with the work your team does each day. The full feature list is grouped by plan below.
Arrival and departure
Get kids in the door
Record arrivals and departures by name. Staff can review on-screen time warnings and export the day’s attendance.
Pickup
Send them home with the right adult
Professional adds family pickup passes and a staff-ready signal. Safeguard adds approved backup collectors and handover records.
Family communication
Keep families in the loop
Family accounts are optional for attendance. Email is included; pickup tools and any SMS depend on the plan and centre setup. SMS is off by default.
Centre records
Run the business and keep records
Every plan includes staff attendance with a personal kiosk PIN, plus attendance and hours exports. Safeguard adds release and audit records for handover reviews.
* The Essentials plan supports attendance by name, with optional family PIN or staff confirmation. Rotating pickup passes are available with either the Professional plan or the Safeguard plan. A name, PIN or pass is a workflow check; it does not establish the identity of the person holding it.
